William L. Chambers, DDS, MS, PA, Diplomate - (Dr. Bill)

Dr. William L. Chambers has been in the specialty practice of pediatric dentistry for over 30 years. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. In addition, he completed his degree in pediatric dentistry, along with a Master of Science, from the University of North Carolina. Dr. Chambers has excelled in his specialty and is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He also has in depth training and experience in dental growth and development and interceptive orthodontics.

Dr. Chambers is a member of such organizations as American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the North Carolina Association of Pediatric Dentistry. A dedicated professional, “Dr. Bill” strives to provide all of his patients with the most comprehensive and advanced pediatric dental care available.

Angela P. Baechtold, DDS, MS, PA, Diplomate - (Dr. Angie)

Dr. Angela P. Baechtold is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed a three-year advanced education degree in pediatric dentistry at UNC Memorial Hospital. In addition, Dr. Baechtold holds a Master of Science degree from the University of North Carolina. During her residency, Dr. Baechtold received extensive training in growth and development of children, adolescents and special needs patients. She gained invaluable experience in treating their preventive and restorative needs and oral health care needs.

Dr. Baechtold is an active participant in a number of organizations in her field, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the North Carolina Association of Pediatric Dentists. In recognition of her skills and her ability to communicate those skills, “Dr. Angie” received an appointment as adjunct faculty at UNC in Chapel Hill, where she enjoys teaching dental students and residents.

Andrew S. McKenzie, DDS, PA - (Dr. Andy)

Dr. Andrew S. McKenzie, a Pediatric Dental Specialist, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley. During his education, he conducted research in the Department of Medicine at the University of North Carolina. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and then completed a residency program in pediatric dentistry.

Throughout Dr. McKenzie's academic career he has been an active contributor and leader in dental research and brings with him the knowledge of the latest materials and techniques utilized in pediatric dentistry.

Ryan J. Haldeman, DDS, MS, PA - (Dr. Ryan)

Dr. Ryan J. Haldeman is dually-trained in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. His orthodontic practice is located beside the pediatric clinic where he provides comprehensive orthodontic treatment for pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. Dr. Haldeman received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. In addition, he completed a 5-year advanced training degree in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry and a Master of Science at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. During his residency, he received extensive training in the orthodontic and dental needs of children, adolescents and special needs patients.

Dr. Haldeman is an active member in many organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
